Cheesy Broccoli Soup

        • 2-10 Oz. Packages frozen, chopped broccoli
        • 1 C. Chicken stock (@ current rate of exchange)
        • 1/2 C. Heavy cream
        • 1 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot)
        • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (is there any other kind?)
        • 1/2 C. HOOTERS Breading mix

Place broccoli in pan with 1/2 C. water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 5-7 minutes more. Add rest of ingredients, simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, (use a spoon, it's hot) for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with crackers, bread or above-mentioned spoon.



        • 1/4 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot)
        • 2 TBS. Butter (Yes, butter- live dangerously!)
        • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
        • 1/4 C. Sherry
        • 1 lb. Fresh mushrooms, sliced

Heat wing sauce and butter over medium-high heat 'til bubbly or at least, somewhat vivacious. Add mushrooms and reduce heat to medium. Saute 10-15 minutes. Add black pepper and sherry. Saute 5 minutes more.


I Say Potato Salad

        • 6 C. Cooked, cubed potatoes
        • 8 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
        • 1 Tsp. Seasoned salt
        • 3/4 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot)
        • 1/2 Green pepper, diced
        • 1/2 Red pepper, diced
        • 3/4 C. Mayonnaise
        • 1 Tsp. Black pepper
        • 2 Scallions, minced

    Mix everything together and this spud salad's for you.


It's All Ova Salad

        • 6 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
        • 1/4 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot)
        • 1/2 C. Ranch dressing
        • 1 Tsp. Black pepper
        • 1/2 Tsp. Celery salt}
        • 1/2 Tsp. Dill weed

    Mix everything together and chill. Eggsactly right for picnics, but not recommended for an egg toss.


Baby (Got) Back Ribs

        • 4 lbs. Pork Back Ribs
        • 1 3/4 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot- go for it!)
        • 2 C. of BBQ Sauce

Place ribs in a pot large enough to hold Delta Burke. Add 1/4 C. Wing Sauce and wa-ter to cover halfway. Cover and bring to a boil, turn heat down to medium and simmer 30 minutes. Remove ribs and reserve 1 C. broth. Place ribs in big casserole dish and brush with 1/2 C. Wing Sauce and 1 C. reserved broth. Cover and bake @ 350° for 30 minutes. Heat Grill to low. Mix 2 C. BBQ sauce with 1 C. Wing Sauce. Reserve 1 C. for dipping. Grill ribs for 20-30 minutes until tender, brushing occasionally with BBQ Sauce. Serves 4...or one Delta.
