Fin"Gar"Licken Chicken

    "Serve with plenty of Italian bread."

        • 1/2 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot)
        • 1/2 C. Dry white wine (or blush)
        • 40 Cloves of Garlic, unpeeled
        • 3 lbs. Chicken parts
        • 2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning

Place garlic cloves in bottom of greased casserole dish. Add wing sauce and wine. Put chicken, skin side up, on top of garlic. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serve with plenty of Itatlian bread. Using fingers, preferably your own, pinch end of garlic clove, spread onto Italian bread and dunk into the juices. Mmm, mmm, fingarlickin' good.
