• 1/4 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot)
        • 2 TBS. Butter (Yes, butter- live dangerously!)
        • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
        • 1/4 C. Sherry
        • 1 lb. Fresh mushrooms, sliced

Heat wing sauce and butter over medium-high heat 'til bubbly or at least, somewhat vivacious. Add mushrooms and reduce heat to medium. Saute 10-15 minutes. Add black pepper and sherry. Saute 5 minutes more.
