Is it just me, or is it Chili?

        • 1 Lb. Ground turkey or ground beef
        • 1 Pkg. Chili seasoning mix
        • 1/2 Medium onion, chopped
        • 1/2 Medium green pepper, chopped
        • 3/4 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce
        • 1-15 Oz. can black beans
        • 1 Tsp. Mesquite Smoke Marinade
        • 1/2 C. HOOTERS Breading Mix
        • 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
        • 1/2 C. Chicken or beef broth
        • 1 Can chopped green chilies
        • 1/4 C. Honey
        • 1-15 Oz. Can Kidney beans
        • 2 TBS. HOOTERS Wing Sauce(Med or Hot)
        • 2 Cloves minced garlic
        • 1 TBS. HOOTERS Hot Sauce
        • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
        • HOOTERS Sour Cream*

Heat 2 TBS. HOOTERS Wing Sauce in skillet (medium Heat) and saute onion for 5 minutes. Add green pepper and saute 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add turkey or beef and brown (about 10 minutes). Add chili seasoning, 3/4 C. wing sauce, kidney beans (drained), black beans (drained), black pepper, chicken or beef broth, green chilies, honey, mesquite smoke marinade, bread- ing mix and hot sauce. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer to desired thickness. Top with cheddar cheese and sour cream. Serve with rice. (If you like it hot, add a diced jalapeno pepper, 1 Tsp. cayenne pepper, HOOTERS Hot Sauce.)

    *Mix 1 pint sour cream with 1/4-1/2 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot).

 

Veg(To)Table Dip

     • 1/2 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot)
     • 1 Pint (16 Oz.) Sour Cream
     • 1 Package Knorr Vegetable or Spring Vegetable Soup Mix


Throw everything together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours. Serve with cut up veggies or crackers. Also great on baked potato, potato skins, and Mr. Potato Head.

Fin"Gar"Licken Chicken

    "Serve with plenty of Italian bread."


        • 1/2 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot)
        • 1/2 C. Dry white wine (or blush)
        • 40 Cloves of Garlic, unpeeled
        • 3 lbs. Chicken parts
        • 2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning

Place garlic cloves in bottom of greased casserole dish. Add wing sauce and wine. Put chicken, skin side up, on top of garlic. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serve with plenty of Itatlian bread. Using fingers, preferably your own, pinch end of garlic clove, spread onto Italian bread and dunk into the juices. Mmm, mmm, fingarlickin' good.

 

Pizza With Pizzaz

        • Grated Cheese
        • 1-16 Oz. Boboli Pizza Crust or other pre-baked pizza crust
        • 3/4 C. HOOTERS Wing Sauce (Medium or Hot)
        • 1/4 C. Pizza sauce
        • Toppings of your choice
        • 3 C. Mozarella Cheese
        • 4 Lbs. Anchovies


Throw the anchovies to the seagulls.

Mix HOOTERS Wing Sauce and pizza sauce together and spread combined sauces over pizza crust. Sprinkle top with mozarella cheese. Add your favorite pizza toppings. Sprinkle with more cheese. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes.
