What is your policy on returns?

We want you to be satisfied with your order from Original Hooters. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.

All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, we will refuse it and ask you to pay to have it returned to you.

Please download and fill out the return form located here. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know what you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or Original Hooters credit.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We will NOT accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning.

My order was defective or incorrect. Do I have to pay return shipping?

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back regular mail and include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping.

I sent back a return, but haven't heard anything back.

Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.

Cancellation Policy

Please check your order carefully prior to submitting it. If you need to cancel your order (or an item within your order) after hitting the "submit" button, please email us and let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to catch your order before it is shipped. We can not guarantee the cancellation if you do not email us immediately.

If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the package without opening it and it will be returned to us. When we receive the unopened order, we will credit your account and mail you a receipt. We will not reimburse for the cost of shipping the item(s) back once the package has been opened, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

When will I receive my order?

Our warehouse is open Monday – Friday from 8-5. Once your order has been submitted, it will be processed the following business day. Your order will then be shipped within 3 business days. For example: If you order on a Friday, your order will ship by Wed of the following week. We ship all orders via FedEx with Delivery Confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email notification including a tracking number so that you can view your estimated delivery date. All Hooters Foods orders are handled by Provident Merchandise.

How will I know you received my order?

You will receive an email notification from Original Hooters.

Can I have an order shipped outside of North America?

We ship to all 50 states. At this time we do not offer the ability to ship elsewhere.

Can I phone my order or question in?

We do not offer a phone number for ordering or checking on orders. Our mail order service is operated through Internet, mail, and fax orders. Contacting us by phone will actually be counter-productive to you because the people you need to speak to are not usually at the location you are calling and messages have to be left. Communications are best handled via email and fax.

Can I place an online order without a credit card?

No, orders placed online without payment are voided. We currently only offer the ability to purchase our merchandise with a credit card through our online store.
